Zacki Murphy is a professional chef specializing in southern cuisine. She is a former restaurateur and food stylist for Martha Stewart. She uses only the freshest, local ingredients including fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs from the “Secret Garden” in Durham. Make your selections from our menu below, place your order via email or phone, we’ll deliver and all you have to do is heat and serve!How it works:
Step 1: Select 5 entrees, one dessert, one salad and one bread.
Step 2: Call or email us your order by 3pm on Sunday. Provide your name, address, phone number, order, method of payment and preferred delivery time (Monday delivery between 2-6pm). We accept cash and credit or debit via Paypal. 919.360-7744 or zacki@zackiscateringcreations.com.
Cost: $50 per 1 hour plus your cost of food.

- “Soups On!” (choose 1): Roasted Tomato Basil, Cucumber/Dill Soup or Tortilla/Chicken
- Fresh Pesto Sauce over Bow Tie Pasta
- Scampi Shrimp over Grits with sautéed Green Tomatoes
- Meatloaf/Homemade Tomato Sauce over Mashed Potatoes
- Chicken/Spinach Enchiladas
- Tuna Casserole with Water Chestnuts, Celery and fresh Mushrooms
- BBQ Chicken with Zacki’s Hot ‘Nuff Sauce with a side of Slaw
- “Eat Your Veggies!”: Butter Beans and Corn, Scalloped Tomato Pudding, Yellow Squash and Zucchini
- Chicken Pot Pie for two
